Lenme is a mobile P2P lending platform that matched borrowers with investors through transparent loan terms and faster decisioning. I focused on reducing friction in loan creation while preserving trust and risk clarity for both sides.

Traditional banks reject many borrowers with thin credit files, while individual investors seek better returns than savings products. Lenme aimed to close that gap with a transparent, mobile-first marketplace.

Balancing Access, Risk, and Trust

P2P lending only works when both sides trust the system: borrowers need fair access and clarity, investors need confidence in risk signals and repayment behavior.

The core design challenge was creating a flow simple enough for first-time borrowers while giving investors enough transparent data to make fast, confident decisions.

Two-Sided Marketplace Flows

I designed borrower loan creation to be fast and understandable: amount, purpose, and terms with clear progress states. For investors, I designed a dashboard focused on risk, expected return, and portfolio filtering.

The matching layer surfaced high-fit opportunities quickly, reducing time to funding while keeping communication and negotiation safely in-platform.
